Kyokushin Karate Bangalore is a fully dedicated full contact Kyokushin Karate dojo located at Cartman Dojo in Koramangala, Bengaluru. It was founded in 1994 by Shihan Ravi Carvalho and is affiliated to the International Budo Karate Organisation (Honbu, Japan). Over 30 years of training, this dojo has helped over 5,000 people train in Karate.
The training program aims at the development of body strength, mental discipline, perseverance and a strong spirit through the practice of Kyokushin Karate. Students from any physical and fitness background are welcome into the program where commitment, discipline and practice are deemed to be more important than natural talent.
This dojo conducts traditional Kyokushin Karate classes for different age groups, self-defense training sessions, M.A.A.H. coaching and K-1 Kickboxing classes. These classes not only help the participants in gaining physical fitness but also help them develop mental toughness, self-confidence and self-defence skills.
Trainees are encouraged to practice the Kyokushin spirit of Osu which implies perseverance and endurance as well as observing the proper dojo etiquette. People who want to experience the training process can participate in the trial class conducted at the Cartman Dojo in Koramangala.
