International Academy of Shotokan Karate IASK in New Delhi

International Academy of Shotokan Karate Do (IASK India) is an academy that practices Shotokan Karate and was established in 2012 by Sensei Ravindra Kumar in New Delhi. IASK is an affiliate of the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKIF Japan) and strives to popularize genuine Shotokan Karate, its philosophy, and its values throughout India.

IASK India offers Karate classes for kids, ladies and men which include cardiovascular training, muscle building and flexibility training, and which are aimed at achieving better fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration, confidence and self-defence skills. While the adult programs include Shotokan Karate along with other forms of training, the children programs concentrate on discipline, coordination and self-defence skills.

The academy has a growing network of Dojos across Delhi NCR and other parts of India, including Delhi, Greater Noida, Goa, Mathura, Bokaro, Kolkata, Kerala, and Chandigarh. Its instructor network includes qualified SKIF Japan-trained practitioners, led by Sensei Ravindra Kumar, who is listed as Founder and Chief Instructor of IASK India.

A key feature of IASK's training system is its connection with Japanese master instructors from SKIF Japan. The academy organizes seminars and advanced training sessions, including Black Belt Dan grading examinations, giving students opportunities to progress through a structured Karate grading system.
